Get Ember installed and running.

Buy a plan, install the app, activate your license, and use the policy pages when you need billing or privacy details.

Start here.

Step 01

Choose the plan that fits your workload.

Start on the pricing section. Entry and Pro are self-serve plans, and Studio is for larger teams or custom needs.

  • Entry includes 50 credits per month and Pro includes 100 credits per month.
  • Standard processing uses 1 credit per minute and Triple Pass uses 1.5 credits per minute.
  • Top-ups are available when you need more minutes without changing plans.

Step 02

Install Ember on your desktop.

After purchase, you receive your license key and the installer for your platform.

  • Windows builds ship as a versioned `Ember-Setup-<version>.exe` installer.
  • macOS builds ship as `Ember.dmg`.
  • Downloads and update checks require a valid license.

Step 03

Activate the app and start working.

Open Ember, go to Settings > License, and enter your key. Ember stores the key locally and restores your session on launch.

  • Keep DaVinci Resolve 18+ open when you want IGNITE, timeline audio render, or playhead sync.
  • Keep FFmpeg available on PATH for audio processing.
  • You can also work from a local audio file when you are not pulling audio from Resolve.

Common questions.

How do I buy and download Ember?

Start from the plans section on the main site. After purchase, you receive your license key and the installer for Windows or macOS.

How do I activate the app?

Install Ember, open it, and activate from Settings > License. The app stores your key locally and restores the session on launch.

How do updates work?

Installed builds can check for updates in the background and show newer versions in the app. Update checks require a valid license, do not consume credits, and include SHA256 verification data before installation.

What data leaves my machine when I use Ember?

Editing, exports, and Resolve integration stay on your machine. When you use online AI features, Ember sends the audio, text, and request data needed to run that job.

Where can I review the legal policies before purchase?

Use the Terms, Privacy, and Refund Policy pages linked from the footer and this support page.
