Subtitle editing, exports, and DaVinci Resolve integration run locally on your machine. Cloud transcription sends audio to Microsoft's MAI Transcribe model through OpenRouter, and Cast sends request content to models through OpenRouter; both routes are configured for Zero Data Retention (ZDR). Models and providers may change.

Open Ember and go to Settings > Account to sign in or refresh your session. If access still looks wrong after that, email support with the purchase email or invoice tied to your Ember account.

Lite includes 200 credits per month, Pro includes 600 credits per month, and Studio includes 1800 credits per month. 1 credit equals 1 minute of processed audio, and additional credit top-ups are available when you need more capacity. Top-up credits expire 90 days after purchase and require an active subscription to use.
