Who Receives Your Data
Ember uses providers for hosting, infrastructure, security, email, speech and AI processing, payments, analytics and other services. Some recipients act as independent controllers, such as the payment provider. The categories and purposes are described in the Privacy Policy.
For the current list of recipients, what each does, the data involved and where it is processed, email [email protected]. Business customers may also request a data processing agreement at that address.
Data transferred outside the EU/EEA to a recipient in a country without an adequacy decision is transferred under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision (EU) 2021/914), or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it. You can request information about the safeguards at [email protected].
