After claiming your trial, you'll receive a license key. Paste it in Ember → Settings → License to activate. Your 10 free subtitle minutes will be available immediately.

How are subtitle minutes calculated?

Accepted Answer

A subtitle minute is Ember's public usage unit for processed audio length. Standard generation uses 1 subtitle minute per processed audio minute, and Refinement uses 2x usage because it runs the sharper AI pass. Your balance is based on the audio length you process.

Where do I check my remaining subtitle minutes?

Accepted Answer

Open the Account page to see the subtitle minutes tied to your linked license, including total, included, and top-up balance.

Can I buy more subtitle minutes later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you need more processing capacity than your plan includes, you can buy top-ups without changing plans. Top-up minutes expire 90 days after purchase and require an active subscription to use.
